BongDude – Return & Refund Policy

At BongDude, every product is custom-printed especially for you once your order is placed. Because each item is printed to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as wrong size selection, change of mind, or general dislike of the product.

We do, however, offer free replacements or full refunds if your order meets the eligibility criteria below.

✔️ Replacement & Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

1. The product arrives damaged or physically defective.
2. The print quality is severely flawed, smudged, or incomplete.
3. You receive an incorrect item, wrong size, or wrong design compared to what was ordered.

📌 How to Request a Replacement or Refund

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Email support@bongdude.in or message us on WhatsApp with your Order Number.
3. Provide clear photos/an unboxing video showing:
4. The defect or wrong item received.
5. The outer shipping bag/box with the courier label clearly visible.

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours. Once approved, we will ship a fresh replacement at no extra charge or process a refund to your original payment method (bank account/UPI/card refunds usually take 5–7 business days to reflect).

❌ Non-Eligible Cases

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

1. Wrong size selected by the customer (please refer to our Size Chart carefully before ordering).
2. Slight color variations between digital screen displays and physical fabric prints.
3. Minor print placement tolerances inherent to manual textile printing processes.
4. Requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date.
5. Items damaged due to improper washing, ironing, or customer handling.

⏳ Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, automated production and printing begin, and cancellations or modifications can no longer be processed.
