Welcome to BongDude. By accessing or placing an order through our website (www.bongdude.in), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. BongDude is an online store offering custom-printed apparel and merchandise made to order.

3. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

2. Products & Orders

1. All products are custom printed/made-to-order based on your chosen design, size, and color.

3. Product images are for representation only. Actual product colors and print placements may vary slightly due to screen display settings and manufacturing/printing processes.

5. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

3. Pricing & Payment

1. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Payments must be completed using our authorized online payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, cards, net banking).

5. BongDude is not responsible for transaction failures, bank delays, or technical errors occurring at the payment gateway level.

4. Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics partner operations, regional holidays, weather disruptions, or unforeseen events.

3. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details (including pincode and landmark). Incorrect address details may result in delivery failure or re-shipping fees.

5. Return, Replacement & Refunds

1. Because products are custom printed on demand, returns/exchanges are not accepted for wrong size selection, customer error, or change of mind.

3. Replacements or refunds are provided exclusively for damaged, manufacturing defective, or incorrect items received (subject to proof as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy).

6. Order Cancellations

1. Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, orders enter automated production/print queues, and cancellations or modifications can no longer be processed.

7. Intellectual Property

1. All content on this website—including brand logos, graphics, artwork, T-shirt designs, photography, and text—is the exclusive property of BongDude and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. BongDude shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, website usage, or temporary service downtime.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
