Welcome to BongDude. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on www.bongdude.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. About BongDude
BongDude is an Indian online direct-to-consumer apparel and merchandise brand offering culturally inspired, custom-printed lifestyle products. All products are printed on demand and prepared for manufacturing upon order confirmation.
2. Made-to-Order Products & Sizing
- All items are custom-printed and produced on demand.
- Minor natural variations in print placement, texture, and screen-to-fabric color shades are inherent to custom garment printing.
- Sizing charts are provided on every product page. Customers are required to check their sizing carefully prior to checkout.
3. Pricing, Currencies & Taxes
- All prices are displayed and billed strictly in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹).
- Displayed prices include all applicable taxes (GST).
- There are no hidden fees, gateway handling charges, or mandatory checkout tips.
4. Accepted Payment Methods & Security
All electronic transactions are processed securely via industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. We offer the following official payment methods at checkout:
- PhonePe Payment Gateway: Accepts all major UPI applications, Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), and Net Banking across major Indian banks.
- S2H Pay (UPI Direct): Direct fast-checkout integration for all major UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and bank UPI apps).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on eligible serviceable PIN codes across India. For COD orders, exact payment must be handed over in cash at the time of delivery. BongDude reserves the right to verify COD orders via phone/SMS before dispatch.
BongDude does not store or process your private banking credentials, UPI PINs, or card CVVs directly.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are accepted within a strict 2-hour window after order placement for a 100% full refund.
- After 2 hours, the order is locked into print production and cannot be modified or canceled.
- To cancel within the window, email support@bongdude.in with your Order Number immediately.
6. Shipping & Delivery Terms
- Shipping is 100% Free (₹0) across all serviceable PIN codes in India.
- Production takes 2–4 business days; courier transit takes 3–7 business days (total 5–11 business days).

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or customer sizing errors.
- We provide a 100% free replacement or full refund for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Restocking Fee: ₹0. Return Shipping: ₹0 (Free).
- Approved refunds for prepaid orders (PhonePe / S2H Pay) are initiated within 2 business days and credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days. Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be disbursed via verified UPI or direct bank transfer.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
All brand graphics, typography, designs, product mockups, and text content on bongdude.in are the exclusive property of BongDude. Commercial reproduction or unauthorized use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
