1. Order Handling, Verification & Production Time
- Handling / Production Time: 2 to 4 business days (Monday – Saturday).
- Prepaid Orders: Production begins immediately upon payment confirmation via PhonePe or S2H Pay (UPI Direct).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Production begins once the order details and delivery address are verified via automated SMS, WhatsApp, or telephonic confirmation.

2. Transit & Delivery Time
- Transit / Shipping Time: 3 to 7 business days (Monday – Saturday).
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5 to 11 business days from the date of purchase (Production + Transit).
- Delivery within Kolkata, West Bengal, and major metropolitan hubs may arrive sooner, while remote regional areas may take up to the full transit window.

3. Shipping Rates & Transparent Checkout
- Standard Shipping: ₹0 (100% Free Shipping on all orders across India).
- Minimum Order Requirement: None. There is no minimum order value or quantity required to qualify for free delivery.
- Transparent Pricing: The price displayed on the product page and at checkout is the final price. No unexpected taxes, shipping surcharges, or platform fees are added at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): No additional COD collection fee is charged unless specified transparently at checkout.

4. Service Area & Logistics Partners
- Service Area: BongDude ships exclusively within India. We do not provide international shipping.
- Logistics Partners: Dispatches are fulfilled via premier Indian logistics networks (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, and DTDC).

5. Order Tracking
- Real-time shipment tracking details with AWB numbers are dispatched via SMS, WhatsApp, and email within 24 hours of package handoff to the courier.
- Customers can also monitor live parcel status through our website's Track Order portal.

6. Undelivered Shipments, COD Acceptance & RTO
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address (House/Flat number, Street, Landmark, City, State, PIN code) and an active contact number.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Protocol: For COD shipments, please ensure someone is available at the address with the exact cash amount.
- Repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal of verified COD orders without a valid defect claim will result in restriction from selecting Cash on Delivery for future orders.
- Re-shipping charges may apply if a parcel is Returned to Origin (RTO) due to an incorrect address, non-serviceable location, or repeated recipient unavailability.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Shipments
- If a package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please take photos or a brief unboxing video and report the issue to support@bongdude.in within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Packages officially confirmed as lost in transit by our logistics partners will be replaced or refunded 100% free of charge.
